    On 8th August, I was trying to add 1000 rupees to my Talk charge wallet.At that time, my was deducted from my account and transaction status is still showing pending.

    Order No. - TC0160808173317021818
    Transaction amount - 1000 rupeees
    Transaction Date - 8th August 2016

    Several times I had mailed to Talkcharge regarding this problem, but still not getting any respond from their side.

    Talkcharge has worst customer service in online recharge market.

    I done the Airtel postpaid billpayment from your Talk Charge. The payment has deducted from bank account. But the billpaymnet is not done. Can you please chack and confirm the same. For you reference here iam attaching the transaction number.along with screen shot.

    I made a recharge which was failed but the amount was deducted. i dropped a mail regarding refund. But since 1 month the amount is not refunded to my wallet. Highly disappointed by the service.

    I tried to recharge on Talkcharge.com for my BSNL Karnataka prepaid number (+91 8277530178) worth 110 Rupees. I had used SBI debit card for payment. I received an SMS from SBI stating that amount has been deducted. 3 days have been passed. I sent an email as well. Received no reply. This is just a warning, right now.
