    Sir,

    I made payment of Rs 332.00 as on 28.02.2017 for BSNL Landline Payment. But till now 12.04.2017 BSNL Say no payment was recd. The Transaction ID or Order ID of Payment was TC0170228214617363482.

    BSNL Say that Jan 2017 Bill payment was Outstanding from your side Kindly made payment. I already talk with bsnl office But they say no payment was recd on Landline No 0257-2236142. I show Payment ID Generated on your Site & Search in their system but Not found any payment.

    Hence I kindly requested you to give Credit of Rs 332.00 Due to non payment.

    I email you 4 times but no replay from Talkcharge.

    I had carried out a transaction of Rs. 6320 for electricity bill payment of MSEDC on September 13, 2017. Tha same has still not been credited to MSEDC.
    Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
