Today I m travelling in Patna gaya passanger train at 1115 hrs from Gaya to Jehanabad.i got train ticket for four passengers in rs 120 instead of rs 60.i asked booking clerk she told me the amount is more due to special train.the circular has been issued already to normalisation of train I asked her but she told me that I cannot do anything.i have checked online fare later on in UTS it is rs 60 only for four passengers,the screenshot has been attached of tickets n UTS. Due to the urgent requirement I continued travelling in same passanger train with extra fare. please do needful
