Ticket issued but bus did not come to boarding point

I hv booked a ticket for 13.3.2020 from muzaffarpur to delhi vide pnr no.45YK8AVU from bihar state road transport corporation. The boarding point in ticket was mentioned chandni chowk. Bus came and when i board conductor told me your reservation is not available in chart and he did not allowed me to board it at 7.15pm.

At 9.00pm he called me that your reservation was availble with us but now we are bit far and unable to pick u.
