Sir, I have booked my ticket with IRCTC on 26th December 2018.Due to some issues my e-ticket wasn't booked and also the amount of Rs 785 has been deducted from my account. The current status of my failed transaction on my IRCTC account is showing that money has been refunded back to my account but I haven't got any amount of Rs 785 credited in my account.. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. Thank you
