This is for your information that i ordered Ray-Ban RB3527 Black Rectangle Sunglasses on dated 05.09.16. The specification and price provided was of POLARISED model but i received NON POLARISED model. I created a return request >> within 1 hour after receiving the order.The return request was created on 09.09.16 and item was picked on dt 10.09.16.After that i have called several times for my refund amount but there was no positive response from snapdeal customer support. On 21.09.16 they posted on my order history that Quality checked failed. Returned item will be sent back to you.There was no mail or phone from snapdeal customer support regarding this matter.The seller shipped wrong product and it is a harassment for me now.Moreover the pictures provided by the seller on website was of non polarised model as polarised model are reflective from inner side.The size mentioned was medium but it is large and no cardboard packing was included which shows batch , number , price , manufacturer place, only cover was provided.where was the snapdeal quality check then ??.kindly provide me with my refund and take strict action against these sellers who misguide customer Order ID: 14998856308 (1 Item) amount Rs. 6112/- Placed on 05 Sep, 2016 registered email id - diveshdutta82@gmail.com registered phone number - 9872025550
