I booked a bus on date 27/10/2019 at 9.20 pm at my duvva bus stop but the bus was not stopped at duvva and we call to helpline service number before 15 min to arrival to my stop but they didn't inform me well and they are so careless I did not satisfied with this type of careless behaviour and i miss the bus due to not proper intimation
