Bonzo Travels - Non Refund of my money, purchased International Air tickets

I had purchased International Air tickets from them but due to health reasons, I could not fly and had to cancel it. They confirmed everything with me and told me the cancellation charges as well. After that I agreed for cancellation charges and proceeded with ticket cancellation.

Its been 7 months, I am still waiting for the refund of Rs 1.25 Lakhs from them.

Every time when I call them, they have different a excuse for delay in paying back my money.
