As I have purchased my tv on Nov 10 2017 in vasanth and co(near Kalyan) at coimbatore.i complainted to Karthik sir on February month itself.due to corona pandemic I can't able to contact Sony service centre.due to truthworthy I purchased the tv in your shop.my friends and relatives suggest me to buy Sony model which is the best model that's why I purchased it.i totally shocked within two years how they complaint was come.i didt expect this.i request you to give me the suggestion regarding this.
