Tata sky Binge Scam - fraud with customer

I have been chasing the Tata sky team since past 12 days to resolve my Tata sky issue, Still no revert or action has been taken.

It all started with a huge "SCAM" named as "Binge" which Tata sky people or technical team is doing here. When we re-installed our Tata sky we have been charged Rs. 400/- (fraud -1) no such charges were applicable and said this Amazon fire stick is free and you can watch free online webseries on any portal.

Later after confirming there were Binge charges of Rs.365/- applicable per month which was NOT informed at the time of installation by technical team. (Fraud -2)
