"Dear Sir, I had ordered Sony Bravia KDL 32W700B Full HD sum of Rs. 35199/- on dated 26/01/2016 against Order/Bill No 83622298 from shopclues.com but they have delivered wrong product Sony Bravia KDL 32W700C instead of Sony Bravia KDL 32W700B. I have informed on same day to shopclues customer care that the product is not as per my given order . But they did not change my product as on date even not reply properly after follow up so many time. you are requested to please look this matter and resolve. Your faithfully
