Dear Team,
I have bought a new LLYOD tv 58 inch on 7th of November 2021 from Great Eastern dealer. In just 4 months my TV stopped working. After rigorous follow up with LLYODs service team, TV panel was changed after 5. Days... Now again after 2 months there is no picture coming on the screen. Panel is again gone.
In just 6 months TV is not working for the 2nd time. I need immediate refund of my money. I don't want to use such pathetic company product. Shame on you guys for cheating customers like this.
I need my money back or else I will file a legal complaint against Havells for cheating customers and selling defective products like this. Also marking the same to social media complain forum. Already lodged a complaint in consumer forum.
I want immediate resolution of the same. attaching the invoice copy of the same
