Denied to give warranty scheme and misguiding me

I am Saurav Ghosh...

I purchase a lloyd 32 inch led smart tv on january 22 2019.which model number is GL32H0B0ZS

And its serial number is BOHHG20409724

Which comes with 3 year warranty.

Last month arround 20th july i found some pink lines in my tv. I contact with lloyd service centre. The technician came in my home on 24 th july, technician told me the problem happened by its panel . Company will change the tv panel in free of cost because my tv is in under warranty..

Then to 10th august service centre couldnot take my call or sms .. they just ignore me..

In 14th august arround 11am a staff of lloyd service centre baguiati. Call me and tell me that my tv panel is not available company cant give my tv panel therefore company replace my tv in free of cost. I surprised i told him again what replacement? He told me again that company will give my tv replacement in full free of cost.. but after 14th they again ignored me , they cant recieve my call also... 17th august evening arround 6.50 pm i called that person from lloyd service centre baguiati who assured my for my tv replacement.. 

That day he told me that i will get a new 32 inch new tv but i have to pay 11340 rupees. Company dont make my tv panel today therefore company cant replace my tv panel .. when i ask if i have to pay this much of ammount so on 14th why he assured me for tv replacement . He totally denied that and told he was not that person.. who told me for tv free replacement he left his job. But i have all voice recordings and i can proof that who told me for free replacement and today's ammount both are same person.. i have all the proof how he rudely behave with me.. 

So my quistion is now if company can't provide tv parts why company make this type of things.. if there is this type of blunder why company give 3 year standard warranty.
