MI TV UNDER WARANTY BUT NOT GIVING SERVICE

I bought from FLIPKART MI SMART TV TV 11/1/2021 SERIAL NO 22154/139100012686 with extended warranty . Now tv panel is damaged After many follow up mi send there engineer to check the tv on 7/1/23. He was telling that panel to b replaced and u r under warranty
several times i called customer care only they are saying with in 10 working days u r problem will b resolved
now 1 month over still saying same, this is cheating.
