Dear Sir,
Ref Tata Sky account no. 1000924983I am a senior citizen and am facing multiple and continuous problems with Tata Sky services despite numerous fees and attempts at resolution over the past 2 years. 
I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against Tata Sky at your level because, my attempt in getting the complaint resolved and then reaching out to senior people has failed.

I have paid for many service upgrades, visits, repairs with Tata Sky team, yet the issues go unresolved despite multiple complaints. I would request you to take the matter up at a senior level and depute a knowledgeable technician to help me with this issue - specifically problem with antenna and reception issue

June 16 - Antenna problem complaint - Technician Dinesh (Mob 83514001777) came - changed Model SLRT1 dcss 240 B - issue unresolved
20th June Antenna problem complaint - Technician Brijesh (Mob 9354718827) - changed set of box
25th Aug - Technician ravi came issue unresolved
22nd Seot Alignment problem Sonu Kumar came
3rd Oct Krishna came issue unresolved 
set top box needed change - but techinican brought old one. 
Complaints made in last week with no resolution of antenna problem dispite complaints and fees paid. 



 Their call center and whatsapp is not able to expedite the already registered and repeated requests to address issue of No Signal or bad reception.
All we get is false assurance that the problem would be automatically addressed

After waiting for 15 days I had specifically written to their senior team, who chose to ignore the emails.

Hence, I am compelled to write to you.
