Audio problem in colors TV

This is a request please the audio/sound of colors TV channel just stopped speaking out 7 days ago and since then i cant hear what they are saying..there are images but no sound..pls help me find a solution to this problem i want to enjoy the channel again..the sound should start coming out...i have tried everything my decoder customer care asked us to do but still nothing...am awaiting your reply and assistance in this thank you.
