Complaint against not repairing TV

Dear Sir,

I have baught a LED smart TV 50K2330UHD 59 8nch ultra HD
In 4 th feb 2016 . In the month of april 2021 TV was suddenly stopped working ,I made a complaint on custmer care , A service man came from Betul service centre and after checking the TV he told about the damaged part and said that "we have to pay for that Part" and we were agree . So he wrote a request for that part and took 1000 rupees for service charge,and assured that we will get that part soon .
But after 2 months we asked him about the part and repairing,he was not able to answer .

Then we contacted to the Micromax M.P. head Mr Amit Shukla ,his answer
Was ,"within 10 days Part will reaches to him and out TV will be repaired."
But Meanwhile we are getting calls from Indore Service centre ,that ,"Repair your TV from any local mechanic ,and send us massage that your TV is repaired ,so we will close your complaint." But do not want to repair it from any local TV mechanic ,its your responsability to give us service .we are ready to give part payment ,and hope in this week our complaint will be resolved .But we didnt get any solution till now .I am very much confident surley
your forum will take action against Micromax TV Company.
