Wireless WI-BRIDGE connection Reliance Communication Customer Care Issue

After being associated with Vodafone connection for over six years mobile no. 97129 00422 I had switched to Reliance Communication in April 2015 based on promises made by the latter. Based on their promise I took a wireless WI-BRIDGE connection 079-32213594 for my residence.  For the latter connection I paid Rs 4500/- towards the instrument to the engineer who said the receipt for it will be sent by the office after he deposits the amount in the company. This wireless phone didn’t work at all and I had made repeated complaints to even Mr Anil Ambani when I found nobody was even responding. Finally I wrote a mail to Reliance Comm Customer Care that I wanted to discontinue all connections with Reliance on July 23, 2015. I was so fed by the lies and false promises that I decided to forego switching the connection to any other service provider. Till date Reliance has not refunded Rs 4500/- and on the contrary they have unscrupulously been raising monthly bills despite my sending several reminders that I had stopped using Reliance since July 23, 2015. They have not refunded Rs 4500/-. For the harassment they caused as a service provider I now seek adequate compensation. I have copies of correspondence from May to July 2015 when I discontinued their service. I had also complained to Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Ahmedabad (City) cdrfahmedabadcity@gmail.com vide my mail on September 16 but there was action or reply. My Relationship No with Reliance Communication : 5000007335924.

    Defective 20 wi bridge hand sets and non coperation by service centre by Mr. Harish Batra:

    We have got installed 20 handsets at Bank of Baroda Regional Office Karnal from number 9514723142 to 161.
    Initially the handsets worked properly but subsequently there was defect in the same for which we have contacted local service centre at Karnal as advised by your office situated at chandigarh.

    It is very surprising that the grevience is not yet resolved and there is still defect in the handsets depite of various visits to your service cente situated at karnal.

    we have also requested the service advisor to come and visit our office at Karnal but till date no one has visited and the situation remains as such.

    We request you to get the handsets replaced immediately or else send someone to collect the same as we do not want to keep defective handsets.

    Further, it is informed that in case the handsets are not replaced within 7 days of this complaint then we shall not be liable for payment of any bill or dues as raised by you

    We hope to get prompt response to this complaint.
