Respected sir /Madam
1.BSNL charge very high on broadband use
2. As per discussion with tech staff at Kamorta the max speed is 300kb/s
3. bsnl charged 500 for restoration at higer speed 2 mb/sec which is not available see snap attached (review bill)
3. Bsnl not alloting unlimited plane to user in this area, It is rude and monopoly
4. Bsnl give only limited data and charge higher on excess use.
5. The BSNL staff at Kamorta is very rude and hiding behind the reason of remote area.
6. No operator in India charges that much high amount as BSNL charges in kamorta, copy attached.
7. due to above reason our higher HQ ordered urgent disconnection of services.
8. Requesting urgent deduction of disproportionate bill.
9. Proportionate bill will be paid as early as possible , to urgent termination of service please
10. During Brousing BSNL atomatically open tab and start showing ads
11. Atomaticaly some double meaning tab gets opened and ask to recharge.
12. as per disscussion with customer care no plane will be activated online we need to go office then how bsnl deduct 500 for higher speed plane which is not available in Kamorta.see attachment
