Telecom complaint regrading IDEA demanding overdue charges

Sir,
I was an Idea customer and had a connection with the number +919911686341. When I disconnected my connection, I paid my pending bills at one of their customer care center. I am attaching the bill receipt. Now I am getting mails and legal notices from Idea that I have not paid my bills. They are trying to intimidate with legal proceedings when I have already paid the bills. Please help me regarding this.
