Tariff changed without taking acceptance

I have a internet plan with connect broadband services, with my landline number to be 0183-5013712 and with A/c No. 2358269. I had opted for a plan of Rs 744, which the company has changed to Rs 999/-, without informing me, without taking my acceptance. On contacting they refused to change my plan, please help me out of it.
