I Renu Ticku ur aircel customer. I was call ur call center why they dedicate my main balance rs 21. but they cant give me any information .they said no status updated in our system call after 24 hr...then i was call after 24 hrs but they give same anwer no status update call after 4 hrs ...then i said want to talk ur TL but they hold my call for 1 hr and after then cut the call. I am not like that customers they unnecessary call to ur call center but ur CCA not give me satisfy answer so plz sir give me proper details. i wana my bal refund ...plz rply me as soon as...
