I brought new reliance 4g sim against cdma network close. I visited reliance store for same and he asked MRP 50 rs. instead of MRP 25 rs. printed on cover. That time I had communicated with customer care executive and store person for confirm that charge is 25 rs.
Now final sentence given by reliance customer care person(against last ticket) that on 2nd may 2016 we charged MRP 50Rs. even MRP 25 rs printed on cover. that's why ticket closed.
