My name is Pallavi Kumari. I am a customer of Airtel. My mobile NO. Is- 8521387029. I had recharged by 297 and Its offer was 2 GB 3G/4G data + Unlimited Local & STD calls. But, After recharging, I was unable to call any calls free. They were charging as a normal tariff. Then, I contacted the Customer care, But Customer care said that This offer is not valid in Roaming. But, On My offer page, No restriction was mentioned.
