I am using airlink broadband service.its a 3 working days policy to solved any problem.its 8th day of no internet service and my problem is not solved yet.they have no answer when internet will come.apart from that i almost every day registered complain about poor speed, connectivity problem and no internet connection.Whenever i call to customer care they always told repeated answer no geniuion answer they have and their customer care executive (specially ladies)is very rude and always call drop.they have no fear and boldly say that jo karna hai kar lo.Its really pathenic and worst service i have ever seen.I have write email to their nodal and appllate office but there's no response from their side also.They are deliberately not given internet for ex.Whenver in our area power is cut and it comes internet was come and working properly after that they have seen they cut the service.Today exactly same happen again at early morning power is cut and after that 4 or 4:30am internet is working but after that their office was opened and 9:45am internet cut and i have proof of that i attached.I want to strict action against this company they are looting customers and their service is worst.I and other customers are suffering.If in 8 days they are not solving my complain than i just want my refund.i mentioned below contact details and address.
