my tata sky subscriber id is 1110288667.
i made always annual recharge in tata sky. this year trail rules came. that time tata sky side no any mail or phone call me. now your pack was change so i think i made annual recharge so that was continue. but when trail applied after 2 month tata sky personal call came and he call me for anuuual rechage information that time i know per month that make charge per my connection 500 rs. sir but i not told them selected this plan. 16 april to till now i continew mail tata sky but they can't give me perfect ans. please help me. tata sky make cheats and fraud with me.
i want my money refund. when trail applied after word because they can't inform me
