Nil benefit on recharge Bharti Airtel

Today (22-12-16) I made a online recharge of Rs 58 referring to sms offer on my mobile number.

Offer was like follows,

"Extra Talktime Offer!
Rs60=Rs58
Talktime in main Account on Airtel."

By mistake I made a recharge of Rs 58 instead of Rs 60, thinking that it is extra talktime offer.

Recharge got successful with zero rupees of balance in my account. I contacted customer care of Bharati Airtel.

They said there is no benefit on Rs 58 recharge And you should had made recharge of Rs 60.

So I asked them to refund my amount. They clearly refused saying you have made wrong recharge and you can not get any benefit. And also we can not give back this money.

My complaint is that no mobile company can deceive customer for any wrong payment. If they are not giving any benefit on recharge Rs 58 then they should reject that transaction. Or give back whatever money taken.

This is clear case of arrogant and corrupt policy of a company.

    Airtel is so arrogant.

    My previous mobile number was from Airtel-UP. I shifted Maharashtra for study. I wanted to PORT same number from Airtel-UP to Airte-Maharashtra.
    I went to Airtel office for getting MNP card. They charge me 110 Rs for the MNP card saying that it will be activated within seven days.
    I waited for 10 days. called customer care but no solution. I went to office again. They asked me to take new card worth Rs 110. They completed disagree to pay my 110 rs for older card. Frustrated me port it to Vodafone later for only Rs 30.

    Airtel office staff was so arrogant. Even customer care was like 'we don't care'.

    I will never shift to Airtel again.
