My prepaid landline phone is not working

Dear Sir,

Sub:-Regarding Reliance Hello PREPAID –Wireless Phone number 0261-3257074( CDMA Network)
I purchase Reliance Wireless Land Line PREPAID Phone No:- 02613257074 on 25th January.2005 at cost of Rs 3000/- . At that time they give me LG Electronics instrument (Model LSI 110 ). In 2012 battery of this instrument was not working properly, so I requested Reliance Telecommunications to provide me new battery and I was ready to pay the cost of battery. But as per instruction of Reliance Telecommunications LG Electronics had stopped to manufacture this model, so I could not get the battery and ultimately I have to purchase new instrument of HUAWEI technologist company Ltd.at cost of Rs. 2300/- on 25th Feb,2013 as instructed by Reliance Telecommunications.
Now Reliance Telecommunications is migrating from CDMA network to GSM network and for that they are asking me to pay Rs. 2200/- for new instrument of GSM network.
If Reliance Telecommunications is migrating from CDMA to GSM Network they should provide new instrument of GSM network free of cost to their existing customer because it is their decision to migrate from one network to other network.
