Misappropriation on voucher validity.

B S N L and other telecom service provider observe power block day on special days like new year eve, new year day, valentine day, diwali etc. on those days one can't exercise power voucher on those days but the service provides doesn't compensate for those days. like if someone buys a power voucher of Rs 135 from BSNL on say 20/12/16 , the person gets 300 min free call for 28 days which in this case will be till 17/01/17. but as this period has two power block days on 31/12/16 & 01/01/17. the person will get effective service of 26 days only as his service will still expire on 17/01/17.
