Fraud on Airtel Bill deducting extra service tax

I am using a no 9910067041. And Airtel keeps on deducting extra service tax on each and every Bill I received. This is happening from long time when they have mentioned the exact value of tax deduction on the Bill. Moreover there Customer Service agent has put me on hold for long hours I am having his recording present with me and then hung up the call without informing.

Pl help to pull their face out .
