Fake Consultancy Collecting money from Job Seekers

Bright Info Solution Services person called me for interview. After gone to their office they are forcibly collecting 1000/- money from me for showing job opportunity. I don't know that is a consultancy and even they are also don't told me. After completing my 2 rounds of interview They told me to wait for 3 days.
After waiting for 3 days they are giving other address for another interview after 3 days.
That time I realized that I was cheated.
I asked them for returning my money.
But they told me it's not possible to returning money.
Please punish they even if I not getting my money back for at least protect some job seekers from them.
