Double Billing complaint JIO, I had 2 jio postpaid nos. 7018297668 & 7018297669

I had 2 jio postpaid nos. 7018297668 & 7018297669. On both nos. I dia pre on post JDDD399 on 5th september 2017. Still a postpaid bill of 358rs was generated on both nos. I talked to cust care and they agreed double billing was wrong but the do not have any option and are just employees. A madam said that she would talk to her seniors and resolve double billing. When nothing happened, on 28 September 2017 I converted both nos. to prepaid. The postpaid bill charged from me was 498 per no. rather than 358 per no bill generated. For conversion additional 498rs per phone was charged from me. And when converted to my surprise JDDD399 done by me earlier on both nos. disappeared from my plans, meaning 399 rs per phoned was cheated from me per phone by jio. This is extortion with nobody to take on jio cheating. pls help.
