DND service is deactivating by Vodafone intentionally

My DND service is activated in my post paid mobile number from past 2014 but very frequently company deactivate my DND service and I get lot of promotional SMS & call. Whenever I call up company to ask the status of my DND service and immediately they reply that I have withdrawn my DND service(But I never done it) but wheneverI try to resubscribe my DND then it shows that my mobile number is already under DND. It means Vodafone company not only withdrawn my DND service frequently and sell my identity to different company and that is why whenever I get call from the advertisement company they addressed me by my name & they know my all details..How it is possible?? Its sure that Vodafone company sell our data to add agency.when I make complaints then immediately they activate my DND. Please take strict action so that they do not try to do it again with any customer and also danger for nation safety. My mobile number is--8607880700
