Disconnected the AIRTEL SIM for 15 hrs and till now

I was getting so much of extra bills for my AIRTEL postpaid connection. So I submitted the documents to change it from postpaid to prepaid. I submitted all the documents on 23rd Jan,2016. But till now(31st Jan,2016) it has not been done. From yesterday night(30th Jan,2016) my postpaid sim is not working and even my prepaid sim is also not working. When I called to the customer care around 10 times they are saying that we dont have any information for this.
My number is deactivated for last 15 hours ,I am not able get any call. I had some important work and my sim card is not working.
So please take necessary action against AIRTEL ITPL Bangalore office. The person whom I submitted the docs is J Narayan(9900642473).
