Consumer complain against Reliance communication smart GSM deduction

Hi!
I am using Reliance smart GSM no. 9835xx8381. they have deducted my balance of Rs. 130 two days before. I called up customer care and made a complain against deduction, they were saying that I have used in internet while I have internet pack with validity i told them then they accepted it and told me that the deducted balance will be refunded in 24 hrs but now it is already 48 hrs gone they have not refunded.
Are they started looting money this way ?
