Sir,
on 18/01/16 I got the message from Docomo network to my number 8951001936(Docomo network) that 'RC 141 = 1GB 3G! Special Data offer for you! Recharge for Rs 141=1GB 3G Data valid for 30 days, Recharge today. Dial *123# for your special offer!'.
So as per this message, I recharged on the same day Rs 141, but Iam not get the 1GB data , instead they given only half of the 1GB.
I asked for the remaining but they are not giving till today. And they are diverting me.
. so on this iam requesting you to grant my full benefit of my recharge which the company assured in the early & take appropriate action against the Docomo network.
