I am Mr. Kanabhai Desubhai Kambalia the customer of BSNL with the BSNL Landline number 0281-2783310, Haripar (Pal), Ta. Lodhika, Rajkot, Gujart. (BSNL Office Division - Virda Vajadi, Kalawad Road, Rajkot).

I have applied for the BSNL Broadband Rs.1199/- scheme from the application date : - 15th Sep. 2016 and paid the amount Rs.1199/- on the date : - 15th Sep. 2016.

My Customer ID No:- 1022063243
My D.N.No. : - 0002674110
Receipt No.:- RJT0060115091600051.

I have paid amount Rs.1199/- on the date 15th Sep. 2016 to activate my connection but still today is 3rd Oct. 2016 and the connection has not activated yet.

I have complained many times verbally by telephones, not responded till the date.

BSNL has done advertisement largely all over the India about the scheme. With the trust on BSNL, I applied for the same. Its about 18days passed away. I feel that BSNL has cheated me.

My humble request to please justice me. Take necessary action for the same.
