My Account number is HCM_0001 with You telecom. I have been harassed by this Company mentally, physically and have no words to express my grievances against such service provider. I had paid the cheque in the first week of january and have got yearly plan and paid them 6100 rs for that. That day and till now the activation guy is not bothered to pick up the call and i have not received any internet services. I have called 10 times the You broad band call centre and have got nothing out of it. these guys are pathetic and are really insane and seems i was like banging my head towards the wall. My Wife is working from Home and that was the sole purpose to get the Internet services. But because of their negligence my wife lost the job. I have all complain numbers with me. I dont have it handy so not mentioning it but can get you that. i can also let you know that its RAM RAJYA AND NOBODY IS BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT YOUTELECOM. I WOULD URGE YOU PLEASE TO GET BACK MY MONEY. The sole purpose of getting the internet services has gone in vain as my wife has lost the job and this guys they are telling that you not gat any refund if you cancel the connection. You will only get modem deposit. I would earnestly like you take up this matter.

    Please refund my money. You are one of the Worst internet service provider i have come across. It seems as if they were intersted in selling the plan and then god only knows what happens with the customers. GOD SAVE PEOPLE FROM YOUR TELECOM BROADBAND. MY WIFE LOST THE JOB BECAUSE WE CHOOSE YOU TELECOMN AS OUR SERVICE PROVIDER. they have received the money in january and i have not received the Internet connection till noe inspite of calling customer care and payal shah - who says she is busy or having lunch - when i tell her that im goin g to file a Complain in consumer court she calls me three times.
