1-I have applied JIO sim on 6/9/16 in shillong jio office. but not activate till 30/9/16 also not return my document

2-As for request JIO store to me submit again full document and told me within 3day activate my sim . I submitted again new document on 1/10/16 but till now not activated my sim and i complain to jio customer care mail id but not positive replay
