Sir,
I am Souvik Dhar , a permanent resident of Bagula Station road ,PO-Bagula , District -Nadia, State - West Bengal, Pin-741502 ,INDIA. I have an airtel digital tv connection (3013484581). On 17th february '2016 from airtel company given me a offer that if i recharge 1465/-( one thousand four hundred sixty five) then i get tweleve month normal subscription and the recharge process must be done within 18 th february 11.59pm. I accepted the offer and recharge 1465/- on 18 th february, 11.39 pm by Paytm .After that i call airtel for the confirmation and they said ok , the recharge is successfully done. Now a days i saw on tv screen that my subscription will end on 9 th June'2016. I call to airtel for that and they said there is no offer is running for this connection and they confirm that the subscription will end on that day. They are deny me from that offer . I am totally hopeless for this type of fraud thing done by the airtel.
Therefore , Sir I request you please do the needful as early as possible and save the people of India from this type fraud offer/ thing from this type of company.
