Greetings for the day!
I write this email seeking your help regarding the false charges of three zero-rental sim cards which were issued in my name in Oct 2014. The numbers (8981088661, 8981088663 & 8981088665) were issued to me by one of your corporate representative in 2014. I was told that these zero-rental numbers get disconnected if they are not used in the 3 months following their activation. All the 3 numbers got disconnected as they were not used in the following months.
From the last couple of months I am receiving calls that I have some bills outstanding which I have to clear. I have even received a letter confirming this at my residence asking me to pay the bills. But since, these numbers were closed long back and confirmed to me in early 2015 itself, there is no way that any sort of bill can be generated on their behalf. Does this imply that the numbers are active against my name and being used by others? I have checked with the tata docomo cumstomer care and they are telling me that the sims are active against my name. I have repeatedly being asking for a detailed official email regarding the usage of these numbers which your customer care executives have denied. There seems to be case of negligence and breach of confidentiality at TATA Docomo's end and I am being harrassed for this.
