    mera a/c union bank of indai ki branch rajnagar extn me hai jiska account no. 727102010000716 hai mai apne debit card se 25/12/2016 mein 7000 rs apne pytm wallet mein add karna chaha par transaction failed ho gyi jiska paytm order no. 2455216679 hai aur 7000rs mere bank a/c se deduct ho gye aur mere paytm wallet mein show nhi hue ab paytm bol rha hai ki apka amt humare pas nhi hai bank ke pas hai bank me complain karai uska complain no. hai 19580872 bank me koi help kar ni rha 23 days ho gye abhi tk koi reversal ni aaya bank bol rha hai reversal kyu ni aarha iss bare mein hum bhi ni bta skte

    I have to complain against PHONEPE APP. I transferred 4900 rs in Phonepe App wallet on 11th jan. 2017 using phonepe app.My money deducted from bank but not came in wallet. I contacted phonepe customer care they asked me to wait for seven days. But after seven days my money not returned to my bank account. I sent them my bank account statement but they did nothing.
