Unauthorized use of my credit card by eBay Europe Sarl through paypal

Dear Sir,

Some unauthorized transactions have made by eBay Europe Sarl through paypal. Three times Amount have been debited from my credit card without generating OTP password. I had requested to cancel the transactions and refund my money but it has not yet done. I was abroad and my mobile was also not working. I tried to register complain online but there too, it was not easy to register complaint. There is no direct or immediate help. After coming back to India, I called them up they again asked me to register complain online. It was showing error and I couldnt register complaint online. then at last they register my complaint manually. I request you to take up this matter seriously so that they can not cheat other people. Good that I was accessing emails and I came to know about this unauthorized transactions. I wish that they send me my money back to my account immediately and compensation for this. If require I will register an FIR with the near by police station. The detail of transaction is as below.
