On 10/11/2016, I ordered Shoe Rack on Shopclues for Rs.958. The order no was 103743000. I received it on 18/11/2016 and I checked it and did not like it. I submitted my request for return on 20/11/2016. However, ShopClues has declined my request without giving any valid reason. The product is new and it has not been used at all. I want ShopClues to collect the product from my home and refund my money.
