Please look into this serious matter and take an action immediately.

I did not get any single ad response from Quikr till now please check my account immediately. My Big concern is that why I bought you ad pack.
As per guaranteed query generating and commitment with your ad person (Aman mob.9967142143) I bought a 10 premium advertisement (Home Loan category) package for Rs. 1900/- and it’s been activated on 15/Oct/2016. Not got a single ad response, and now he is not also picking up the call.

I was assigned an account manager (Shilpa.G Online marketing Specialist - shilpa.g@quikr.com), she had a word that she will post my ad on Delhi/NCR location, but she did not post for all delhi/ncr locations.


And after trying so many a times I had promise word with Shilpa G. that she will also post my 4 remaining ads on Noida/Delhi locations. But she did not. And never talk to me after that. I tried 15 mails to her but never answered.


Tried 1000 times, Phone: 080- 67364545 this no gives press 1 for English and then press 5 for services but never ever contacted with quikr cust care person.
