I HAVE USED AIRTEL ONLINE RECHARGE SITE, MOBILE NO: 99810 23926, TRANSACTION HAS FAILED YOUR SIDE, TOTAL 2-TIMES AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY NET BANKING ACCOUNT INR 596/-
I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN TRANSACTION DETAILS AND REFERENCE NUMBER. BUT AIRTEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM STILL DID NOT REPLIED ON MY MAIL. 10 TIMES I HAVE ALREADY REMIND.

NOW, KINDLY REIMBURSED MY REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT.
Kindly refund for below amount, has already deducted from my account on 01.08.2016 but recharge has not done.
