I had ordered some books from CH publication for rs 440 and made the payment through payu money online as per their tieup. Pay u money deducted the balance from my account. Asper their own terms and conditions only when i will confirm the receipt of goods they will make payment to vendor. but till date neither refund nor books sent to me.Compaints raised number of time with them but no development. want strict action a
