I want to complaint against payumoney.com.
I paid Rs.30000 through payumoney to letsgotrips.com for Andaman trip on 20-9-2016 and merchant provided only hotel details and told will provide flight details in next 4-5 days but when I call after 4-5 days his mobile was coming switch off so I approached payumoney for the same and meanwhile confirmed from hotel about booking so it was not booked so I asked payumoney that the merchant letsgotrips.com is fraud and is registered with payumoney so payumoney should refund my money and recover it from merchant. After that I received call from merchant on 6-10-2016 that he will refund the full amount within 7-10 days as per company policy but now it has been more than 20 days when I call merchant no response and payumoney is telling as your amount is settled please contact with merchant. So I wan to file case against payumoney.com for refund as it seems the merchnat is fraud and have nothing to refund.

    two times payment done through pay u money Rs.300 and Rs.100, but the amount not processed or not paid to the service provider to whom I would paid.
    by this way the portal disturbing the system.

    I want to complaint against payumoney.com.
    I gone for ticket through pay money,money had deducted from my account and I don't got any ticket because of this I was unable to reach my interview and i did not got my refund, I had tried so manyways no conustmer care number is working there is no reply for my complaint through email what should I do...plz you should not encourage these type of fraud one's how pitty is they had linked this to IRCTC...
    Take my complaint in to consideration and take certain action that like me no 1 should be cheated further
