Consumer complain against amazon.in product has not been picked up nor have I received a new product

On 1 october 2016, I ordered a 43 inch led tv from Amazon.in. I received the order on 9th october 2016. Th3 product was damaged so I asked for replacement .they said that the damaged product will be picked up by 10th october. From that day we are repeatedly giving them calls and also mailing them but the product has not been picked up nor have I received a new product . My 23000 rupees are stuck with them and they are not doing anything . Everytime they say that the product will be picked up in 48 hours but it is not picked up yet.
