NON REFUND OF MONEY ON ORDER CANCELLATION

I had my first purchase from the company on 17th April 2016 for a total value of INR 2147.00 out of which two products were returned and as a refund they have credited the amount of INR 1610.00 in their website wallet.

I had made another purchase on the website on 31st August 2016 for a total order value of INR 1597.00 with Rs. 13.00 still lying in wallet. The order was not delivered to me and an intimation for order cancellation and refund generation was sent to me on 8th September 2016. But since then I am trying to contact the company but no response so far. Their toll free number is not connectable and website is now not available.

I am appending the detailed communication with customer care of company and screen shots of web login, I have taken earlier as proof, for your kind consideration. The address details of the company which I am able to get are as follows: -

My above said order is yet to be cancelled by you in system as per your trail mail. The status of order and wallet has been attached as screenshots.

I understand that the product which does not meet your quality standards shall not appear in your web listings for sale. But the same are still available.

18 days have already gone since the order was placed even your communication in trail mail is 9 days old which is more than enough. I hope, keeping all this in view, you will refund my amount immediately. The amount was paid by me online through banking channel in previous order, which was partially returned on quality issues. Instead of refunding that amount to my account your team has given me a store credit. If you can't manage your quality or delivery issues then kindly refund the amount to the payment link, which was used in original payment.
